How to Change a Conference Room's Passwords
- Select the Tools button in the menu bar.
- Select the Change Room Settings button in the new menu bar.
- A form will be displayed asking for the conference room name and current management password, as well as you subscriber ID and password.
- Select the Continue button at the bottom of the form.
- The final screen will allow you to change the passwords for either Management or Entry (or both) by entering new passwords. If you leave the password fields blank, the passwords will remain unchanged.
- You may also change the current setting for the Subscriber IDs that are allowed to manage this room. The list should be a comma separated list with no embedded spaces.
