S.P.A.M Conference Room Tools

At TTR, our S.P.A.M. private room managers have access to the following tools:

  • List Access
  • Grant Access
  • Remove Access
S.P.A.M. Access Controls
These forms allow the owner or manager of a S.P.A.M conference room the ability to grant or remove access to their room. Although multiple access privileges may be associated with any given room, only one setting needs to be given to grant access.

The List Permission form allows managers of S.P.A.M rooms to review access to the rooms that they manage.

The Grant Permission form allows managers of S.P.A.M rooms to give access to users on an individual basis. This method avoids the problems associated with password distribution as well as keeping the password from being freely given out.

The Remove Access form allows the manager to remove access from individual users. This is important when a users access needs to be curtailed due to subscription expiration or inappropriate behavior.
